Shipping policy

We ship all orders using USPS. Order fulfillment is fast and typically completed the same day or the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Please make sure your address is complete and accurate, including ZIP code, street name, apartment or suite number, and any other required details.

If an order is returned to our facility because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

We are NOT responsible for packages that USPS confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout but are later reported as lost or stolen. If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for more information.
